Will there be barrel racing/Team roping jackpots?
Unfortunately, there will not be any Jackpots this year due to Covid restrictions. We hope to have an event later in the year.
What is the schedule for Saturday, August 29th?
Registration for the Ride/Walk/Run from 8:30am - 11:30am Runners leave 9am - 10am Riders leave 11am - 1pm
IS THERE A SUPPER, Dance, LIVE AUCTION?
Unfortunately we are unable to have a supper/dance/live auction due to Covid restrictions. There will be a Major's Food Truck along the trail and that meal is included with your registration. We encourage people to take their time along the trail.
IS THERE A SILENT AUCTION?
There will be an online silent auction this year through our FACEBOOK PAGE. If you do not have Facebook, we will be posting a list of items on this website and you can let us know what you would like to bid on.
WILL THERE BE CAMPING AVAILABLE?
YES! There will be FREE camping available at the Teepee Creek Stampede grounds.
Are teams eligible for prizes for top pledges?
There will be a prize for top pledges for teams, but the Saddle, Saddle Bags, & Breast Collar prizes are for individuals in each category.
What is the minimum pledge amount to be able to participate in the HD RIDE 4A Cure?
We encourage participants to have a minimum of $100 in pledges to participate. You can register online and share the link through email and social media.
IF WE REGISTER AS A TEAM, IS IT $100/PARTICIPANT?
Raising awareness and participation is the ultimate goal and appreciate whatever contribution your team is able to make.
I can't attend, how else can I support the HD ride 4A Cure?
You can pledge a participant, donate an auction item, bid on silent auction items, or make a general donation. Tax receipts available for donations that are $20 and above. Please provide complete mailing address for receipts.
Will precautions be taken to address covid-19 safety?
Guidelines as per AHS will be addressed throughout the entire HD Ride 4A Cure. Masks are recommended but not mandatory.
For those of you that would rather run than ride a horse or wagon try the... “HD Extreme Run/Walk” Not your average running trail. If you are looking for something a little more extreme than running on a paved path, this might be for you. Non-Riders/Runners -
