9th Annual HD Ride 4 a Cure Results - 2018

The Peace Country Chapter of the Huntington Society of Canada hosted the 9th    Annual HD Ride 4 a Cure trail ride on August 25th and when the dust settled, more than $67,000 was raised for the Huntington Society of Canada.  This event, based out of Teepee Creek, Alberta, The HD Ride 4 a Cure is still the largest Huntington Disease fundraiser in Canada, grossing more than $700,000 in revenue in the last 9 years.   Thank you to everyone that supported and took part to make this possible – we couldn’t do it without all of your support!!

In 2014,  we added Barrel Racing and Team Roping Jackpots.

HD Ride 4A Cure 2013

In 2013, we added a Branding the Boardwalk and Chili Cook-off to Friday night.  Locals could bring their brand to Sorkenville and for a donation, "Brand the Boardwalk" and write the story about their brand in a historical book.
